Aquafit is an aerobic workout perfect for people of all levels of fitness. At Making Waves our classes are taught by trained instructors who will give you a great workout!
Classes will focus on cardiovascular endurance as well as strength, flexibility and toning, while being easy on the joints! This little to no impact workout combines the use of buoyancy weights, noodles and other specialized equipment.
It is a fun way to stay fit and healthy and is beneficial for anyone looking for a cardio/muscle-toning workout. This class allows participants to work at their own pace in either deep or shallow water!
